Destiney R. Smith, Esq is by nature drawn to helping other people. As a Family and Criminal Defense Attorney, she has extensive experience fighting for spouses who want to protect their assets, parents who want the best for their children, and those who want to protect their constitutional rights.
Sunny Southwest Florida became home to Destiney in 2011 when she joined an Immigration Law Firm and developed the Family and Criminal law practices. She began practicing as a sole practitioner in 2014. Destiney continues to serve the Southwest community with her zealous representation.
Paralegal Camilla is a New York native and has been a proud resident since 1991.
Paralegal Ana is native of Dominican Republic and has been a proud resident of Southwest Florida since 2008. Ana graduated from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (Dominican Republic ) with a Law Degree. She pours herself into assisting Attorney Smith on initial and modification cases, drafting court documents, coordinating/setting up hearings and mediations, organizing files, and reviewing discovery.
Ana has a true passion for the law and assisting clients with a sense of justice in their legal process. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and family. They are her motivation to be successful in her career. Ana is also a Bonded Florida Notary Public.
